Unexpected Early Closure Arrangements
In the event of an early school closure, Marine Drive Academy will follow protocols as directed by the Halifax Regional Centre for Education:

Students in Grades PP-6 |
Students in Grades 7-9 |
Students in Grades 10-12 |

Starting with Parent/Guardian 1, Parent/Guardian 2, people designated in Unexpected Early Closure Arrangements section of the Registration Form, and Emergency Contacts, a staff member will call home, until someone is reached for dismissal instructions for that day. |
We will follow the written dismissal instructions from the Unexpected Early Closure Arrangements section of the Registration Form.
There will be no phone call home. |
Students will be dismissed as usual.
